I was inspired by this song the moment I first heard it.
I wanted to capture video of something totally freaky to use for this song. So a couple of friends and I drove from Austin to San Antonio (by people who know what salsa is supposed to taste like) and found an abandoned grain silo/warehouse. It was clear that the interior of this structure was used /had been used for unsavory activities. We were scared - it was freaky. #neveragain
Lots of hardware and equipment were in tow because...well, who doesn't need a challenge every-so-often?
A Sony NEX-FS100 was mounted atop a Varizoom tripod and a Kessler Pocket Dolly was used for the smooth tracking shots.
The video was cut on Adobe Premiere. Motion graphics and color were done in After Effects & Red Giant Trapcode Particular. Final color grading was finished in After Effects using Colorista and Magic Bullet Looks.
